Shipping Policy

Delivery Timeframe
All orders are delivered within 2–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
Order Processing
Orders are processed on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order details.
Shipping Delays
While we make every effort to deliver your order on time, delays may occasionally occur due to high order volumes, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, please allow a few additional days for your order to arrive. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a notification with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery status. You can also track your order from the My Orders section of your account.
